Agreements

Every participant accepts the following before the roster locks. Each document is published here in full.

  • Participant terms and conditions
  • Data use agreement
  • Intellectual property policy
  • Code of conduct
  • Media release

Your code is published under a permissive OSI-compliant license. Apache 2.0 is the default; MIT and BSD are approved alternatives. Ownership stays with you. A separate ownership-transfer option applies only if you accept a prize.

These documents are being finalised and will be posted before registration closes on October 7, 2026. Questions in the meantime go to housing.challenge@turnout.rocks.
